This summer, I am all about smoothie bowls.
You can literally toss every fruit you want (frozen of course) into the blender with a cup of non-dairy milk and voila!
A beautiful smoothie bowl :)
But, in case you need a little guidance, this is what I put in mine!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup almond milk
Topped with hemp seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and fresh berries!
